dwelling on the fact that they are unhappy and depressed because, they dont have the perfect job, they dont have enough money, they haven’t found the right person and its all probably because
1. they don’t try hard enough to get the right jobfor themselves
2. they don’t save their money or spend it wisely
3. they pursue people who are just a pretty face and are just trying to play with them or arent interested.
you cant just sit back and expect good things to happen without the effort, life isn’t easy and you have to work for what you get, and when it comes to people, there is more to them than just looks just because someone is a pretty face doesn’t make them the right person for you there is more to life than just appearance.
maybe instead of dwelling on the fact that your sad, depressed, or lonely you should focus on the positive things going on in your life and appreciate the good people that you do have support from. why focus on the negative or people who aren’t worth your sadness? i guess all im trying to say is we all need to start being HAPPIER.
